About Me

I’m a stay at home mom (SAHM) homeschooling our oldest daughter. I started a business last year (Sew Petit), so I’m technically a work at home mom (WAHM).

I’m a conservative Christian, but not close minded. There’s a right and wrong that God established that cannot be undermined by men, no matter how enlightened we think we might be.

I’m often opinionated, but rarely without humor. My kind of humor. You might not get me. I write about everything from family and homeschooling, humor and encouragement, to politics and religion. It’s a mix of daily life—the Not So SAHM way!

Great things: traveling, eating, sewing, digital scrapbooking, reading, shopping…whatever will keep me from cleaning the house.
